We are looking for a passionate Digital Assets Trading Associate to help manage our client's crypto wallet infrastructure and trading systems, focusing on customer liquidity and digital currency transactions. In this dynamic role, you will oversee our customers' cryptocurrency wallets and trading operations, collaborating with our Crypto Operations Manager to manage daily trading workflows including coin transfers, reconciliation, and post-trade settlement. Your Responsibilities: Trade and expand a portfolio of digital assets. Master various crypto exchanges. Facilitate the buying, selling, depositing, and withdrawing of digital assets. Optimize trading parameters to maximize profitability. Oversee and manage crypto trading platforms. Identify and implement process improvements in trading operations. Exercise discipline in volatile market conditions. Provide additional support to the Trading and Finance teams as needed. What We're Looking For: No prior trading or financial market experience is necessary; passion and willingness to learn are key. Exceptional analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and handle complex tasks under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail. A verified Crypto Wallet for trading is required. Eagerness to manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot issues, and meet both short- and long-term deadlines. Proven ability to work independently and complete tasks autonomously. Onboarding and Training: As a Digital Assets Trading Associate, you'll kick off your career at ADL with an intensive three-month remote training program. During this time, you'll gain comprehensive knowledge about our business, the financial products we trade, and essential trading processes-including pricing strategies and our proprietary trading systems. You will gradually take on more responsibilities, monitor markets, and make quick decisions to contribute to your team's overall profitability. Compensation: Weekly pay is A$700, plus a commission of 5% on each transaction you facilitate.
