Description We're looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for an immediate travel opening in Madison, WI. The right CNA should have at least 1 year of experience. As a CNA, you will assist patients with daily living activities and provide basic care under the supervision of nursing staff in a Rehabilitation unit that will play a crucial role in assisting patients with daily living activities and supporting their progress under the supervision of nursing staff. As a CNA, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks: Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Help patients with mobility, turning, repositioning, and ambulation Take and record vital signs accurately Report on any changes in patient condition to nursing staff Provide emotional support and companionship Ensure cleanliness and comfort of patient living areas Comply with all infection control and safety guidelines Maintain accurate documentation of care provided This role is specifically focused on rehabilitation care, where you'll assist patients in their recovery journey The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience as a Certified Nurse Aid in a Rehabilitation facility. Additionally, they should possess a current BLS certification, hold the NNAAP National Certification and be eligible for State licensure. CNAs should be able to lift, move, and support patients, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Compassion, attention to detail, and the ability to follow direction are essential. Requirements: BLS, 2 Years Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
