Application Deadline: Mar 4, 2026 Are you ready to be a part of an innovative team at Amazon Web Services (AWS) dedicated to serving National Security clients across various industries? We are seeking a dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join us in maximizing the value and service we provide to AWS users. As a TAM, you'll play a crucial role in guiding our customers through the adoption and utilization of AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, SageMaker, ECS/EKS, GuardDuty, and more. Your technical expertise combined with customer engagement skills will allow you to effectively represent AWS in a customer's environment and engage in discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management. In this position, you will: Offer strategic technical support to help customers design and implement solutions using AWS best practices. Maintain the operational health of your customers' AWS environments proactively. Develop close relationships with clients to understand their business goals and technical obstacles, enabling them to derive maximum value from AWS. Be prepared to travel at least 10% of the time as needs arise. This role places you at the heart of delivering value to our National Security customers. Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in technical engineering covering operational parameters and troubleshooting in areas such as Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, AI/ML, and more. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience as a technical lead with internal enterprise or external customers. Current TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph required. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with technical operations in several of the specified areas. Familiarity with Information Technology operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when addressing decision-makers. Experience in a 24/7 operational services environment. Knowledge of AWS services or similar cloud offerings, particularly for Federal/DoD clients. Compensation: The salary range for this position is as follows: USA, CO, Denver: $131,300 - $177,600 annually USA, VA, Arlington: $131,300 - $177,600 annually USA, VA, Herndon: $131,300 - $177,600 annually USA, WA, Seattle: $131,300 - $177,600 annually
