Set Up Tech 3rd shift $20/hr BOE Job Description: We need diverse manufacturing Maintenance Mechanics OR mechanically inclined persons that have worked on or set-up machines (this is a precursor to the Maintenance Mechanic). The equipment and job duties: Repair all production equipment and plant equipment. Serpentine conveyors (rubber/fabric, plastic interlocking), rotary and linear liquid filling machines spindle and semi-auto belt cappers check-weighers, blow-offs PLC's heat sealers, fabric winder/unwinders bottle unscramblers gravity feeders to name a few. Execute line and equipment changeovers. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems during production. Promote teamwork by talking it out, brainstorming, using your experience and learning from each other. Maintenance techs repair, conduct PM's, fabricate, conduct line change overs, trouble shoot, and assembly of any part of the process on the line.
