Job Details Unarmed Security Officer Morning Weekends Schedules: Sunday and Saturday 6am-6pm Pay: $19/hour Benefits: -Daily Pay available -Tenure Compensation of up to 80 hours per year -Health & Wellness -Corporate Gold's Gym Membership -Chime + ACT Security Group partnership offers free online banking, including Get Paid Early (up to 2 days), Spot-Me (up to $200.00 overdraft protection), Credit, and Financial Wellness offerings. -Comprehensive Job Training -Professional Uniforms -Guard licensing application & training assistance -Company paid guard license renewal fees after one year of employment Responsibilities: -Monitor and patrol assigned construction yard to deter theft, trespassing, vandalism, and other security risks. - Control access to the site by verifying credentials of all visitors, vendors, and contractors. -Conduct regular perimeter checks, ensuring gates, fences, and storage areas remain secure. -Report and document any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or incidents in a timely manner. -Provide excellent customer service while enforcing site rules and regulations. -Remain alert and visible at all times to maintain a strong security presence. -Respond appropriately to emergencies, contacting law enforcement or emergency services if needed. Requirements: -Must be at least 18 years old. -Valid Texas Non-Commissioned Security License (Level II). -Previous security experience preferred, especially in construction or industrial settings. -Ability to patrol on foot. -Strong communication and observation skills. -Reliable transportation to and from the site.
