Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop integrated care plans. Provide comprehensive education for patients and their families to promote progress outside the clinical setting. Participate in occasional inpatient assessments and interventions, ensuring seamless continuity of care. Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in line with relevant state, federal, and organizational policies. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of advancements in the field through education and collaboration. Education Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required if not previously certified by ASHA. Certifications State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
