If you share our passion for a bright future, we invite you to join our team. KPMG is seeking a Senior University Recruitment Associate to become part of our Talent & Culture team. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement effective university recruitment strategies for your assigned schools, overseeing both in-person and virtual campus events to satisfy current and future hiring needs, including budget management. Foster strong internal relationships across various service lines to enhance recruiting initiatives and share best practices; educate alumni and team members on our recruiting methods and collaborate with Primary Recruiters for seamless candidate care. Support office initiatives and special projects; assist in organizing student group office visits, managing the internship program, and contributing to projects that bolster the University Talent Acquisition strategy. Serve as the main point of contact for designated campuses, cultivating relationships with college placement offices, faculty, and student organizations. Ensure compliance with KPMG policies and governmental regulations throughout the hiring process. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive insights, analyze data, and share strategic recommendations to influence informed decision-making. Act with integrity, professionalism, and accountability to maintain KPMG's high-performing work environment. Qualifications: A minimum of two years of relevant experience in recruiting, event planning, or professional services. A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience totaling six years. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ATS and CRM tools is a plus; adept at using data and analytics for reporting and decision-making. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Professional demeanor to effectively represent KPMG to students, faculty, and administration. Willingness to work overtime when required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without any need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
