Landscape Crew Member

Landscape Crew Member needed to work with installation of hardscape and softscapes. Responsible for efficiently producing quality landscape service that meets or exceed the standards of clients and management. Responsibilities To assist with the installation of hardscape and softscapes that exceed the quality standards established by GreenScapes, and to expertly complete the job as directed by the Foreman. Perform proper planting, staking, mulching, paver patio installation and plant care/handling techniques. Report any problems or potential problems to your supervisor immediately. Follow all safety policies and procedures regarding the safe operation of equipment and tools. Do not operate any equipment that you are not authorized or properly trained to operate. Arrive to work on time and every day. Let managers know if you are going to be late or absent. Qualifications and Education Requirements: A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Previous landscape experience is preferred. Ability to learn new skills, and to take direction. Valid Driver's License is preferred, but not required. Clean Background Note Discussion of pay or bonuses with other employees is strictly prohibited and may result in termination.
