This role involves capturing and translating business requirements into actionable insights, fostering collaboration between cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement solutions that align with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for problem-solving, an ability to convey complex information clearly, and a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements, define scope, and execute map/gap analyses. Serve as the liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement on the Salesforce platform. Develop and deliver user training to drive Salesforce adoption, create test plans, conduct system integration and user acceptance testing. Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize solution designs that adhere to best practices and organizational standards. Manage project timelines, risk assessment, and reporting using tools like Jira; drive the breakdown of complex requirements into executable plans. Must-Have Skills: Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives Acts as a bridge between legacy business systems and centralized future-state platforms Focused on business requirements gathering, data migration support, and workflow documentation Not a hands-on implementation/configuration role; configuration handled by a separate team Industry Experience: Experience in IT systems implementation, with a strong understanding of sales processes and Salesforce's application within these contexts. Familiarity with agile methodologies is preferred.
