As a Senior Director, you will lead key engagements, working closely with client leaders and directing project teams to ensure excellence in delivery. You will be instrumental in driving business development, bringing forth new opportunities, and building trusted advisory relationships that yield lasting partnerships and revenue. True excellence starts at the top with leaders dedicated to delivering lasting, positive results.Key Responsibilities: Lead initiatives to streamline procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes for timely and cost-effective delivery of medical supplies and equipment. Utilize data analytics to identify trends, forecast demand, and implement continuous improvements within supply chain operations. Manage project economics including budgets, revenue forecasting, and billing effectively. Build strong relationships with C-suite executives while managing complex change processes across various stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities through effective networking and relationship management. Lead and develop large, matrixed teams, focusing on performance management and team culture enhancement. Leverage extensive professional networks to discover and cultivate new business development opportunities. Bring relevant hospital operations experience or substantial consulting experience in supply chain services to the team. Core Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Willingness to travel weekly up to 80% and work extended hours as needed. Strong leadership and management skills aligned with Huron's core values. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster trust-based relationships. Capability to train and mentor Huron staff in project management and technical fields. Ability to contribute to multiple projects of varying scales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Over 10 years of experience in consulting and/or healthcare operations. Experience in a matrixed organization is preferred. The expected base salary range for this position is $215,000 - $265,000, with a total estimated compensation range of $268,750 - $350,750, including incentive compensation opportunities.
