Job Description Join our team as a Technology Analyst where you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining Oracle Health's Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure, DNS, and related platforms. This position involves supporting, testing, and monitoring Microsoft Active Directory services, following best practices, and developing automation tools utilizing PowerShell. Collaboration across the organization will be key to your success. Key Activities Perform daily system operations tasks across multiple Active Directory forests/domains ensuring system integrity and availability. Enhance performance tuning of Directory Services, initiate upgrades, and optimize resources effectively. Utilize SCOM to monitor Active Directory and Windows-based servers, respond promptly to alarms to prevent client impact. Apply core networking and DNS principles. Utilize Microsoft Configuration Manager for effective management. Coordinate changes and communicate effectively with impacted stakeholders. Engage in multi-month projects led by Technology Architects or Lead Directory Services Engineers. Leverage tools such as PowerShell and Terraform to create automation and streamline daily activities. Deploy, set up, and maintain testing environments for quality assurance. Provide Tier III support and troubleshoot per service requests. Advise on, deploy, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) at an enterprise level. Create and maintain documentation covering installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery processes. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) - Windows Server Platform (2008 R2/2012 R2/2016). A minimum of 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Active Directory. Expectations Ability to lift up to 20 lbs; including server and network equipment. Prolonged computer use. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Availability for On-Call duties.
