Machine Technician & Systems Engineer

We are currently seeking a motivated Machine Technician & Systems Engineer to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities in Owatonna, MN. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime and weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of teamwork and be available to work Monday to Friday from 6 PM to 3 AM. Education, Knowledge and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One (1) year experience in a related production position preferred, but not mandatory. Other Skills and Abilities: Able to work effectively under tight deadlines. Ability to operate material handling equipment preferred. Commitment to producing high-quality work is required. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Operate all department machines efficiently. Make operating adjustments to equipment as trained. Maintain logs and records as directed. Collaborate effectively in a team environment to process materials or documents. Wear necessary protective clothing and equipment as required. Perform tasks involving lifting and loading materials. Keep the work area neat, ordered, and safe. May assist in higher classified work for training purposes. Perform other related duties as assigned. Support other departments as assigned. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs and move pallets of material with a pallet jack as needed. Capable of standing for long periods and pushing loaded carts weighing up to 650 lbs. Frequent bending and twisting required. Must be able to push and load roll forms weighing 1200 lbs or more. Working Conditions: Occasionally requires extreme caution while working. Environment may have higher than normal noise levels and airborne dust particles, but we maintain safe and favorable working conditions. Work may require off-shift or irregular hours to ensure minimal disruption to operations. The starting pay rate for this full-time position is $20 per hour.
