Job Summary: As an Applied Behavior Analysis Technician at Ally Behavior, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a supportive center-based environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a center-based setting. Collect and track data to monitor client progress using Central Reach on an iPad. Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs. Report on client progress and assist BCBAs in updating goals as necessary. Support BCBA with family training on treatment plan implementation. Collaborate with other clinicians and attend scheduled team meetings. Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Ensure open communication with families and the clinical team for effective treatment and goal achievement. Experience & Certification Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in psychology, early childhood education, or a related field is preferred. Experience working with children is required (e.g., nanny, teacher, camp counselor), with a preference for those having experience with developmental delays or special needs. RBT Certification (or willingness to complete training within 90 days). BLS Certification (or willingness to complete training prior to hire). Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Must pass federal and state background checks. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, run, squat, or stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
