Application Trainer and Subject Matter Expert

Role Overview: This position is contingent upon contract award and availability. Selected candidates will receive a contingent offer of employment that will become final only upon successful contract award, position availability, and necessary authorization to proceed. Important Note: This role requires a TS/SCI security clearance and is onsite five days a week. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert insights in the specified functional area. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on JCO, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver training and support, ensuring applications meet business requirements and industry standards. Utilize analytical skills to support process improvement, specialized studies, and the definition of requirements. Design, plan, organize, and direct training programs to empower PMO-directed instructors in presenting training materials and informational presentations. Minimum Requirements: Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required. Ability to work onsite in San Antonio, TX up to five days per week based on customer requirements. 5 years of overall experience in the functional area; a bachelor’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience. 5 years of experience developing training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials. 5 years of interaction with cyber operators to refine requirements and provide supporting documentation for each use case. 5 years of working in a DoD environment with a specialization in the cyber domain. 3 years of experience managing cyber force mission planning. Practical experience in managing Cyber Mission Lifecycle and associated workflows. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 1 year of experience creating JCO dashboards (previously IKE) application. 1 year of JCO (previously IKE) operator level experience. Compensation: The minimum salary for this role is $85,000.00, and the maximum salary is $115,000.00.
