About the role Seeking a mid-level Business Systems Analyst to join a high-performing cyber team supporting a large government enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one, strong analytical skills, and experience in gathering and managing user requirements to improve usability and user engagement. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex projects with significant business impact in a government contracting setting. Job Responsibilities Lead the collection, capture, and management of mission user needs from prioritization through concept development and user story writing. Facilitate the gathering of business requirements to support product teams and product owners in backlog definition. Focus on improving usability, user experience, and driving user adoption and engagement. Identify core business needs and document them in concepts of operation, story maps, briefings, and user stories. Document business rules and construct workflow diagrams as needed. Provide consultation on complex projects, considering the business implications of technology. Analyze and interpret documents to support decision-making. Solve problems involving multiple options using analytical and quantitative skills.
