Business Analyst - Senior

Business Analyst Tallahassee, FL (Onsite) Contract JD: 10+ years of minimum experience required a) Experience implementing and/or testing in one or more of the following: ERP systems PeopleSoft Modules Financials Human Capital Management (HCM) Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA) b) Experience performing testing activities directly related to validating ERP implementation. c) Experience performing testing and reporting. d) Experience executing test plans to confirm business requirements. e) Experience creating test scripts including expected test results. f) Experience in tracking and reporting test results. g) Strong communication (verbal and written) skills and experience communicating with multiple levels, from leadership (e.g., Division Director), to technical and functional staff. h) Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Visio. i) Experience using Smartsheet or other similar collaboration tools. j) Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing activities directly related to an ERP. k) Minimum of three (3) years' experience performing activities directly related to user acceptance testing (UAT) working with the State or with other large government entity. l) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
