Junior Cosmetic NurseTarget Candidates: LPN, RN, APRN | Open to experienced aesthetic nurses or those transitioning into the field | No prior aesthetic experience requiredCore Functions Provide skin care treatments normally performed by estheticians: facials, chemical peels, laser procedures, skincare routines Prepare patients for treatments, guide post-care, support advanced procedures as needed Maintain professional, safe, and organized clinical environment APRNs may supervise junior nurses and perform advanced procedures including injectables (if certified) Accurate treatment and patient documentation required Qualifications Active LPN, RN, or APRN license Strong nursing skills, adherence to protocols, patient safety focus Medical aesthetic certifications advantageous but not mandatory Ability to learn and adapt within the aesthetics environment Compensation LPN $19–$23/hour RN $21–$25/hour APRN competitive rate based on experience and performance W9099 (responsible for own taxes) | W2 conversion possible based on performance
