Asst. Project Manager - Construction

Live Oak Contracting, LLC is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the successful delivery of our multifamily construction projects. This is a developmental role designed for construction professionals who are looking to grow into a Project Manager position.Key Responsibilities Assist with preconstruction activities including estimates, schedules of values, and contract documentationReview plans, specifications, and drawingsTrack RFIs, submittals, and change ordersCoordinate with subcontractors and vendorsSupport procurement and project buyoutAssist with project schedules, budgets, and cost trackingSupport project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)1–3 years of multifamily construction experienceMinimum of 2 years of field experienceValid driver's license Skills & Competencies Strong communication and organizational skillsKnowledge of construction processes and documentationProficiency in Microsoft OfficeTeam-oriented with growth mindset Work Environment Corporate office with regular site visitsExposure to active construction sites and varying conditions
