Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2412 Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job Details: • Work variable day/night shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly with overtime after 80 hours worked in second week • Float to ER and ICU to assist when needed • Every other weekend and holiday rotation required • Can be low censused and placed on call with 2-hour minimum call back • Patient ratios: Day shift 1:4-1:5, Night shift 1:6 average • Work on 25-bed medical surgical unit • Care for geriatric patients with conditions including CHF, COPD, and diabetes • Required licenses and certifications: Current Michigan RN license, AHA BLS, and ACLS • Minimum 2+ years medical surgical experience required • ICU and ER experience required • Epic charting experience required • Any colored scrubs permitted • Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred • Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours • Mask required at all times during flu season if declining flu and vaccination Facility: This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical center providing essential healthcare services to the community.
