Established Construction Management firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Engineer to join our Team. Essential Job Duties: Effectively communicate with client, contractor(s) and project stakeholder(s) Schedule and assist with field inspections and project documentation Manage project subconsultants Lead team to provide QA for construction management projects Provide constructability reviews, construction cost estimates and construction schedules for design projects Ensure the project adhere to all plans and regulations Ensure safety measures are appropriately taken throughout the life of the project Position RequirementsRequired Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or other related fields. 5+ years of experience required Effective written and verbal communication skills At least 3 years of experience working as a Construction Engineer on capital improvement/transportation projects of similar size and complexity Considerable Heavy/Highway construction industry knowledge with emphasis on state requirements and the Greenbook Ability to work extended hours, weekends and nights PMP or CCM Certification a plus.
