Maintenance Tech

Job Description Large manufacturing company in Brookfield is looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Tech to work with their team to repair CNC machines and increase machine performance in the shop. This is a FIRST SHIFT position paying in the $33-40 per hour range. DUTIES OF THE MAINTENANCE TECH: Support production by maintaining machinery Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic systems Execute work orders in a timely manner Perform root cause analysis Improve machine performance Perform preventive maintenance tasks weekly / monthly/ annually Communicate equipment malfunctions and corrective actions to the oncoming shift supervisor Follow all safety procedures Requirements 8+ years of broad knowledge of mechanical and electrical repair Knowledge of CNC repairs (basic Fanuc and Mazatrol) Experience in welding, torching, fabrication, gears, transmissions, and belts Experience with seals, bearings, valves, pumps, and cylinders Electrical knowledge of ladder diagrams, relays, limit switches, basic wiring, motors, drives and power supplies Ability to operate overhead cranes Benefits Health Dental 401K PTO
