Air separation unit plant manager

job summary: ASU Plant Manager needed for a new Air Seperation facility in Blytheville Arkansas. Need someone who has ASU experience, who can oversee all site activities. This person will be hired in before the start up of the facility and will have heavy input on staffing, operations and comissioning. Salary for this role will be based on experience. At least 10 years experience working in an Air Separation environment Experience with Mechanical and Electrical Instrumentation Experience controls system programming and HMI Experience in water treatment technology and industrial refrigeration systems location: Blytheville, Arkansas job type: Permanent salary: $100,000 - 150,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead and train the assigned plant operations and management teammates; Teammates will include a full operating staff along with an ASU plant manager, assistant plant manager and I&E support. The plant will operate and remain staffed 24/7/365. Be the key contact for continuing communication with customers to coordinate plant production and maintenance activities to meet customer needs and onsite 3rd party terminal needs. Evaluation of current process conditions and implementation of plant loading plans. 24-hour on-call responsibility.
