You'll collaborate closely with elite M&A teams and counsel clients on the most nuanced and evolving compensation issues. Associates in this group gain meaningful exposure to: • Employee benefits and exec comp issues in M&A transactions • Executive employment and separation agreements • Nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements • Equity and incentive compensation plan design • High-level drafting, structuring, and advisory work The Ideal Candidate We're seeking attorneys with: • 3+ years of law firm experience • Strong academic credentials • Significant experience advising on executive compensation/benefits in deals • Expertise in drafting and administering incentive and deferred comp plans • Bar membership in the applicable jurisdiction • A sharp, detail-oriented approach and strong client service mindset Compensation & Benefits For roles based in New York, California, or Washington, D.C., the expected salary range is $225,000-$435,000, commensurate with experience.
