Administrative Director of Emergency Services Pensacola Area, FL Employment Type, Schedule, Compensation Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Schedule: Days Base Salary Range: $145,000 - $170,000 (based on experience) Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis Reports To: Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Overview We are seeking a seasoned Administrative Director of Emergency Services to provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership across a multi-site emergency services network in the Pensacola, Florida region. This role has enterprise-level accountability for emergency department performance, patient throughput, quality outcomes, workforce engagement, and financial stewardship. The Director partners closely with executive leadership and physicians to ensure emergency services are positioned for sustainable growth, operational excellence, and exceptional patient care. This opportunity is ideal for an Emergency Services leader with recent Director-level acute care experience, preferably including oversight of freestanding emergency departments or multi-site operations.
