Area Customer Service Coordinator Miami, FL (Onsite) 3+Month Temp to perm M-F 8:50am-5:30pm Driving: Yes (Candidates must be able to travel between Miami & Ft. Lauderdale and be flexible to working different job sites)Overview Under the direction of the Enterprise Services Manager (ESM) or Area Operations Manager (AOM), the Area Customer Service Coordinator supports daily operations, implementations, service expansions, and administration of all Managed Services Accounts within an assigned operational area. This role provides operational support across multiple customer locations throughout Miami and Ft. Lauderdale and may stand in for onsite personnel as needed. The position includes reception coverage, visitor management, facilities coordination, meeting and catering support, mail handling, and administrative responsibilities. Candidates must be flexible, customer-focused, and comfortable working in different environments, including office and warehouse settings. Responsibilities Support daily operations for contracted services at multiple customer accounts within a geographical area Greet and check in visitors; manage reception desk operations Monitor and coordinate facilities requests, meeting bookings, and catering orders Provide mail and administrative support as needed Assist with new account implementations and service expansions Support onboarding and cross-training of team members Develop, maintain, and routinely inspect Site Procedure Guides for accuracy and compliance Ensure compliance with safety standards and perform daily visual inspections Collect operational data and assist with Monthly Operations Review reporting Escalate customer issues to leadership and support resolution to completion Maintain a customer-focused environment and gather end-user feedback Travel between worksites (40-50 miles range); may move between locations within the same day Stand in for onsite personnel, including site management, during absences or vacations Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience (post-secondary education preferred) Legal experience preferred; hospitality background strongly preferred Valid, violation-free driver's license, reliable transportation, and required auto insurance coverage Ability to travel locally between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale; frequent local car travel required Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and common software applications Ability to maintain and submit monthly expenses accurately and on time Strong oral communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions and translate them into action Adaptability, flexibility, high motivation, and ability to work with urgency Basic math skills and sound judgment in decision-making Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 25 lbs. (and up to 50 lbs. when required); may push/pull equipment on wheels Comfortable working in office or warehouse environments with varying schedules Flexible availability; schedules may vary between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM and may include weekends Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
