Description The Network Manager DC (Diversion Coordinator) oversees the Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) diversion services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those with complex medical needs. This role provides ongoing guidance and supervision to Habilitation Coordinators and Recovery Managers conducting Level I Screenings (PL1) and Level II Evaluations (PE). The position collaborates closely with Local Intellectual and Developmental Disability Authority (LIDDA) service coordinators, agency staff, individuals and their representatives, service providers, and state entities, and delivers training and education to LIDDA staff, providers, and community partners Why join us: MHMR has proudly served Tarrant and adjacent county residents for over 50 years.
