As we scale, we're expanding our leadership team with a technology executive who can ensure flawless execution across software development, infrastructure, and operations. About the Role We're seeking a Senior Director IT Operations to lead MPX's software development, infrastructure, and IT operations functions. This new Management role owns the execution engine of our technology organization - driving disciplined development, operational reliability, and security. You'll partner with the CEO and Managing Director, Technology & Product, who leads product vision and technology innovation, to turn strategy into reliable delivery. What You'll Do Lead and scale MPX's software-development teams, ensuring sprint discipline, quality assurance, and predictable releases. Oversee all technology operations, infrastructure, and hosted environments across AWS and on-prem systems. Implement modern Agile and DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment. Ensure enterprise-grade security and compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, PCI). Establish data strategy, data governance, analytics, and operational metrics tracking. Manage internal IT service delivery and enforce ITIL-based processes. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, and Operations to align tech delivery with business commitments. Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, developers, and operations professionals. Own dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting for development and system performance. Who You Are 15+ years leading software development and technology operations in SaaS, fintech, or regulated industries. Deep experience with AWS, Agile delivery, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation. Proven ability to manage security and compliance frameworks. Proven ability with data models, data architecture, and analytics reporting. Adept at balancing strategic leadership with hands-on problem solving. A process-minded, collaborative leader who builds scalable systems and teams.
