VP - Portfolio Analytics and Monitoring

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Vice President of Portfolio Risk & Performance to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $180,000 to $220,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Gather, organize, and maintain information on new and existing investments to support portfolio evaluation and reporting needs. Lead efforts to refine analytical tools and frameworks used to monitor portfolio activity and performance. Assist with data collection and analysis that supports valuation processes for ongoing investments. Work closely with investment teams to track company-level details such as financial metrics, compliance indicators, and other key data. Collaborate with reporting teams to help ensure that valuations and presentation materials are complete and accurate. Requirements: More than 10+ years of experience in finance, investment management, or a related financial services field. At least 5+ years in private credit portfolio monitoring or analytics, with familiarity reviewing lending documents. Strong understanding of private credit strategies across multiple lending sectors. Prior experience working with tools and systems commonly used in private lending or broadly syndicated loan environments. Advanced technical abilities, including proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar tools. Qualifications: Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple internal groups and levels. Ability to interpret financial, legal, and operational details to support the investment process. Solid foundation in accounting and tax concepts relevant to investment analysis. Proven ability to coordinate with various functional experts, including legal, compliance, tax, and accounting.
