What the Job Looks Like: Shifts typically run 8–10 hours. Four shifts per week is considered full-time.Routes range from about 90 to 200 stops per day, requiring drivers to get in and out of the van frequently, walk driveways, and climb stairs.Nursery routes are provided during training — between 6 and 18 driver-specific routes — before transitioning to full routes.Use a company-provided device for routing and delivery details.Drive safely in all weather conditions.Strict attendance is required — reliable drivers are key to maintaining our high-performance culture.Be customer obsessed: every package delivered with accuracy and care. Basic Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old.Valid U.S. driver’s license with 2 points or less, no SR-22.Must be able to pass a drug screen.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.Must be able to work at least one weekend day.
