Our client is currently seeking a Tech Support Analyst This job will have the following responsibilities: Job Title: Tech Support Analyst Location: Fort Worth, TX Hire Type: Contract Job Description: Key Responsibilities The candidate will be expected to: Respond to incoming support requests via phone and chat. Perform password resets and assist with account access issues. Troubleshoot browser-related problems and ensure optimal performance. Provide website support , helping users navigate and resolve issues. Assist with basic hardware setup , including desktops and peripherals. Serve as backup print operator for production print tasks as needed. Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system (preferred skill). Ideal Candidate Profile Experience : Minimum 1 year in a telephone-based technical support role. Industry : No specific industry required; prior experience in a fast-paced support environment is beneficial. Required Skills & Attributes Microsoft Office 365 Support : At least 1 year of hands-on experience. Communication : Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills. Troubleshooting : Ability to diagnose and resolve common technical issues. Preferred Skills Documentation : Experience using ticketing software to log and track support cases. Adaptability : Willingness to support varied tasks including hardware setup and print operations.
