Requirements Lead Internal Accounting Teams: Urgent need for a finance leader who can manage and expand the in-house accounting team, including hiring and scaling to support rapid business growth. Hands-On Accounting & Process Ownership: Own day-to-day accounting operations, formalize processes, and clean up balance sheet items to ensure strong financial controls and seamless integration as the business scales. Experience Managing Growth in Service Industries: Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, multi-service environment with evolving leadership and operational structures, aligned with aggressive revenue doubling targets in 12-18 months. Responsibilities Lead the in-house accounting team: Build and manage an internal accounting team, including hiring as needed, while overseeing AP, AR, and payroll functions. Manage day-to-day accounting operations: Drive the month-end close process, maintain the general ledger, and ensure financial reporting accuracy in line with company standards. Implement and optimize accounting systems: Support systems migration efforts, ensuring clean data integrity and streamlined accounting workflows. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders: Report directly to the GM and partner closely with regional controllers and integration teams to align finance operations with growth and operational objectives.
