MEP Estimator - General Contractor - NYC

Join this well-established GC/CM as an Estimator to focus on Mechanical or Electrical work + the wider picture -Your new company- This firm has been in business for almost 100 years and does some of the most high-profile projects in the NYC area. They are involved in a lot of government work, so you know their work backlog is hefty. They have also won a few large projects that will see them well into the 2030s. Because of this, the company is continuing to grow. At this point, they are looking to expand the Pre-construction team with the addition of 1-2 MEP Estimators. -Your new role- As an MEP Estimator with this firm, you will be part of a larger pre-construction team and will add your expertise in the MEP realm. Performing take-offs and putting bid packages together is the bulk of the role, but you will also be involved in the projects once they are awarded. This is a role that has upward mobility as well.
