Description Fajita Pete's is hiring immediately for outgoing and energetic Service Team Members to join our fun and fast-paced team! The position particpates in the store tip pool, which typically adds an additional $3/hr-$4/hr to your pay rate! Service Team Member Job Responsibilities: • Thoroughly understand and perform all duties assigned to you by your management team • Use good tact, good manners, and mature judgment in dealing with guests in all situations • Get familiar with and operate all machines and equipment required to perform server duties • Working knowledge and service of menu items • Serving guests, hot food promptly, greet, seat, and take cash • Take new orders • Food preparation - salads, soups, beverages, desserts • Bus tables, clear, clean, and reset tables • Carpet sweep your section • Side work - re-stocking line, re-filling condiments on tables, re-setting your section • Display case and front cash register • Maintain the high performance of service and courtesy • Satisfy guest complaints promptly, politely, and quietly • Develop and maintain high ticket average (up-selling) • Duties to be performed as assigned by your management team Apply now online to be considered!
