MRB/Liaison Engineer

Job Description: Requirement/Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering. 7-10 years of aircraft experience in MRB and structural design. Experience in MRB disposition including concessions, tags, and quality notifications. Expertise in CAD tools such as CATIA. Experience as a Liaison Engineer managing cross-functional teams to close dispositions. Strong knowledge of airplane design. Experience: 5-15 years of experience in aircraft design and engineering environments. Experience working with major aerospace manufacturers. Experience with tools such as DOORS and SAP. Experience in structural analysis and aircraft design processes. Responsibilities: Provide MRB dispositions for non-conformances including concessions, tags, and quality notifications. nalyze structural discrepancies and determine appropriate engineering solutions. Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and design teams to resolve production issues. Manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely closure of dispositions. Support aircraft structural design activities and ensure compliance with engineering standards. Utilize CAD tools to review and validate design modifications. Make engineering decisions under high-pressure production schedules. Skills: Strong knowledge of aircraft design and structural analysis. Proficiency in CAD software such as CATIA and SolidWorks. Familiarity with DOORS and SAP systems. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
