This is a full-time, performance-driven role for a technician who takes ownership of their work, excels at residential diagnostics, and communicates confidently with customers. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Perform residential and light commercial HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and service work Accurately troubleshoot heating and cooling systems Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally to homeowners Utilize ServiceTitan field software for documentation, pricing, and invoicing Maintain clean, organized service vehicle and workspaces Complete accurate job documentation and service reports daily Follow company pricing structures and service systems Participate in daily shop check-ins Maintain professional appearance and strong customer communication Uphold company safety and quality standards Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred EPA Certification (Required) NATE Certification (Required) Associate degree in HVAC or related field preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Comfortable using iPads, iPhones, and mobile field software (ServiceTitan experience preferred) Understanding of HVAC pricing structures and presenting options to customers Valid driver's license and clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Compensation Structure: $30-$50 per hour equivalent (Base + Commission structure) Performance-Based Bonuses Year-End Bonuses High performers can realistically exceed the top of the pay range Benefits Package: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance Options Retirement Savings Program Paid Time Off Apprenticeship & Mentor Training Programs Uniforms Provided Employee Rewards & Incentive Programs Work Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday Weekend work as needed during peak seasons Work Location Daily onsite field work in the Jackson Metro area, Mississippi Residential service calls throughout Madison County and surrounding communities Daily shop check-in required Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
