Job Title: Private Duty Nurse (PDN) Job Location: Clintonville, WI (in-home) WAGE: • LPN: $29.75/ hr. • RN: $44.63/ hr. SCHEDULE: • To be officially discussed and determined between provider and managing party. • Seeking the following day shifts: o Monday - Friday - occasional: 8am-8pm • Seeking the following night shifts: o Monday - Thursday: 8pm-8am o Sunday: 8pm-8am JOB DUTIES: • Provide care in client's home. • Comfortable with transfers utilizing a ceiling lift. • Comfortable with providing safe and effective tracheostomy care; including suctioning and ventilator. • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to include toileting, bathing, dressing, and administering medications. • Ability to engage with clients while providing safety and companionship.
