Pay Range:$15.82 to $19.34/hour depending on education level and experience Available Shifts:FT Nights 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, with rotating weekends PRN (as needed) with a flat rate of $15.00/hour plus shift differentials Shift Diffs range from $1.25 to $4.00 per hour.Benefits:Huge growth opportunities Competitive hourly rates Free breakfast, lunch and dinner while on shift Handle with Care Training CPR Training Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Holidays Paid Time Off 401(k) Retirement Plan - with company match Employee Assistance Program/Employee Discount Program Behavioral Health Technician responsibilities:Providing direct care and close supervision of facility patients and documenting behavior Developing positive, healthy relationships with patients and co-workers Following facility policies & procedures, implementing treatment plans, and providing crisis intervention as necessary Act as a positive and healthy role model in using appropriate counseling skills by de-escalating aggression, using active listening skills, using appropriate tone and volume of voice, providing a high frequency and variety of positive reinforcements, maintaining appropriate boundaries, and promoting a positive peer culture Hiring Requirements:Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required. Must pass pre-employment drug screen, 7-year criminal background screen, fingerprint screen, MVR screen, work history and reference check.
