Location: 7600 Fannin, Houston, TX 77054 Position Name: Nurse Manager of NICU Available Shifts: 3p-11p (weekends w/rotation/on-call). Our philosophy is Woman First. Job Summary and Qualifications We are seeking a Nurse Manager Neonatal ICU NICU for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. You will assist the Director with all department activities to assure a coordinated effort in fulfilling department responsibilities with the long-range plan, mission, vision, and values of the facility. You will assist in coordinating the departments participation in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement. You will ensure that nursing care is based on the nursing process and evaluates the effectiveness on an ongoing basis. You will provide clinical support to the nursing staff.? You will be responsible assisting, planning, implementing and evaluating care for patients in the Womens Services Units. What qualifications you will need: 2+ years of Recent (Within the last year) Acute Care NICU Leadership (Manager or Charge Nurse) experience required. BSN required. Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 60 days of hire date) Current American Heart Association BLS Certification is required Relocation: Case by case VivPost
