Business Analyst

Business Analyst 3 Months to start with Phoenix, AZ Hybrid This position is hybrid and needs to be local to Phoenix. Resource can expect to go into the office once a week. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with developers to implement scalable solutions. Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables. Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement using tools and capabilities. Support configuration and testing of features such as objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports. Assist in managing projects and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with business needs. Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data maps, and documentation. Conduct user training sessions and support change management efforts. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology platform capabilities and recommend best practices. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst, with at least 2 years working with modern technologies such as Salesforce, ServiceNow and OpenAI. Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment. Working experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM / SAFe) and tools like JIRA or AzureDevOps. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow, Salesforce, OpenAI Required Skills Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
