Construction Site Manager

Insight Global is hiring for a Construction Site Manager to join a nationwide provider of IT infrastructure services based in Plymouth, MN. The company specializes in structured cabling, network hardware installation, and low-voltage technology solutions. This position will be on-site in Ellendale, ND, supporting a major data center project consisting of multiple buildings. The Construction Site Manager will work closely with the off-site Project Manager, on-site technicians and the remote project team to drive organization, maintain project documentation, and ensure smooth coordination across construction activities. Duties & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the offsite Project Manager to ensure all project tasks are completed accurately and reported promptly. - Work closely with the offsite Project Manager and onsite crew to support and maintain the overall project schedule. - Coordinate with the procurement team to order, track, and manage all required materials and equipment. - Manage onsite inventory and maintain accurate documentation of materials, deliveries, and usage. - Maintain detailed, uptodate records of job progress, including daily tracking reports and administrative logs. - Communicate regularly with the offsite Project Manager and onsite lead technician regarding project status, challenges, and risk areas. - Capture, organize, and submit all required onsite deliverables and construction documentation. - Assist with safety forms, compliance paperwork, meeting notes, and other administrative duties associated with a large construction site. - Support coordination between trades on a multibuilding data center campus, ensuring information flows smoothly to leadership.
