Akkodis is seeking an Agile Digital Product Owner for a Contract with a client in San Antonio, TX / Plano, TX. The ideal candidate with strong Scrum expertise, responsible for defining product strategies and partnering with IT and business teams for continuous refinement. Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Agile Digital Product Owner job responsibilities include: Define and maintain the product roadmap and strategy to align with business goals and customer needs. Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure continuous product improvement. Lead and guide the agile Scrum team to deliver highquality product increments within committed timelines. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with strategic objectives. Drive SAFe Agile Product Ownership practices to ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery across teams. Provide strong leadership and team guidance, fostering collaboration and removing impediments to ensure smooth delivery. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred). 8-10 years of professional experience, including substantial experience as an Agile Product Owner. Proven expertise in SAFe Agile Product Ownership and Management with hands-on implementation experience. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to drive crossfunctional alignment and deliver timely outcomes.
