Finishing Associate

Job Description Job Responsibilities: Finishing will process parts per customer requirements. Job Duties: • Process castings through automated finish cell per job specific work instructions. • Load saw fixture for gating and riser removal. • Visually inspect casting per customer requirements while maintaining production flow. • Perform audits and gage parts when required. • Record scrap and/or production information into Plex. • Recommend improvements for completing tasks and/or finishing improvement. • Maintain work area keeping it clean from sand. • Other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: • Experience in a manufacturing setting. • Comfortable in a high heat environment. • Must be able to read and understand work instructions. • Must be able to write and complete required paperwork and enter information into Plex system. • Must have basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divide. • The ability to stand for 8+ hours a day • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Benefits once hired in! • Medical, Dental, and Health Insurance • PTO • 401K This is a drug-free workplace.
