What You'll Be Doing: Assist with moving and replacing appliances Inspect, repair, or replace faucets, sinks, bathtubs, tiles, and plugs Perform light painting, drywall patching, and caulking Replace or repair ceiling fans, blinds, light fixtures, and more Change HVAC filters and report issues to the Maintenance Supervisor Clean carpets using commercial equipment Assist with apartment trash-outs and property grounds upkeep Support the team with after-hours on-call maintenance (required rotation) • What We're Looking For: Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance or make-ready experience HVAC certification preferred High energy and a positive, can-do attitude Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills Professional appearance and excellent service skills Willing to work weekends and participate in the on-call rotation What We Offer: Medical and Dental insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Days Ongoing training and career development Very Competitive Bonus Program A solid team environment where your work is appreciated and recognized At Abbey Residential, we know that make-ready techs are the heartbeat of our maintenance team.
