Description Westaff is looking for a Injection Mold Machine Operator in the Gardner MA area for Immediate Start! Shift Available 2nd shift 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday 3rd Shift 10:30pm-7:00am Monday-Friday Pay $20-$22/hour DOE Location: Gardner, MA The Mold Technician is responsible for ensuring day-to-day functionality of the production machinery. They will monitor and operate machines to analyze results to ensure they meet company standards. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting problems and performing repairs on all production equipment and other supporting equipment, such as grinders, etc. Job Duties: Knowledge in various types of Plastics Machinery and Related Support Equipment. Make necessary adjustments to machines and auxiliary equipment. Must be able to use the correct measures to return machines and equipment to their manufacturing operational condition within a reasonable amount of time. This includes being able to troubleshoot and repair from OEM schematics. Knowledge on Specialized Equipment (i.e.) Robotics, Molding Machines and Programming. Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve injection end problems. Responsible for system monitoring, debugging and troubleshooting operational problems, making repairs and performing preventive maintenance activities. Must have Injection Mold experience!
