Job DescriptionJob Summary We are seeking a reliable Mechanical Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot production equipment, including tablet presses and blenders. This hands-on role is ideal for a mechanically skilled professional looking for long-term stability and growth in a manufacturing environment. Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) Pay: $35+ per hour Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Support equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments Complete basic facility maintenance Maintain maintenance records and follow safety procedures Work closely with engineering and leadership teams Qualifications Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Basic electrical knowledge (208V systems preferred) Willingness to learn equipment through hands-on operation Proven reliability and stable work history Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Preferred Experience Tablet press, blending, or similar equipment maintenance Heavy equipment or industrial mechanic background Preventive maintenance experience Meet Your RecruiterNicole Hetzer
