This role supports a small but expanding branch, offering a high level of independence and meaningful patient interaction.You will report directly to the General Manager, and collaborate with a small, close-knit local team, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a self-directed and collaborative environment.Why This Respiratory Therapist Role Is DifferentThis is an ideal position for someone who loves autonomy and community impact. The branch is small, the city is rural, and you will be a key contributor to transforming patient care in the region.Key Highlights Work Arrangement: On-site, 50% office / 50% road. Hours: Part-time, 2–3 days per week Branch Environment: Independent, community-focused, fast-evolving. Schedule Part-time schedule: 2–3 days per week. Combination of office responsibilities and field visits. Must be comfortable supporting same-day patient needs when required. Flexible workload based on patient volume and scheduling needs Travel Expectations Moderate local travel within the Omaha region. Work is performed in clinics, hospitals, and patient homes. Mileage, parking, and tolls fully reimbursed. Salary Range $27 – $31 per hour What You’ll Do Perform respiratory equipment setups in clinics, hospitals, and homes. Set up and support CPAP, BPAP, non-invasive ventilators, ventilators, oxygen therapy devices, and masks. Complete patient follow-ups and satisfaction surveys. Collaborate with the sales team to convert orders into patient care plans. Provide ongoing troubleshooting and patient education. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards. Required Respiratory Therapist with an active Nebraska RT License. Preferred: Multi-state licensure — WY, CO & SD. Valid driver's license. Ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills and knowledge of the local area. Patient-centered approach.
