Car Wash Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager will ensure that daily operations of the car wash are running successfully and provide support throughout the entire wash process to guarantee a Good, Clean, Fun car wash experience. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!!! MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILIBILITY!! Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash Recruit, manage, and train staff Create and enforce policies and procedures Process all transactions and reconcile all sales Develop and maintain relationships with customers Maintain appropriate inventory and supplies Ensure all safety and security protocols are adhered to Handle customer inquiries and complaints Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports Job Type: Full-time
