Job Description Manage and oversee ground-up K-12 construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Lead and mentor project teams to achieve desired outcomes. Manage procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of materials and resources. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Manager - Ground-Up K-12 should have: A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. Proven expertise in managing ground-up K-12 construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
