Job Summary: Temporary position for 26 weeks. as Regional Fleet Security Adviser you will focuses on investigating, preventing, and mitigating incidents like vandalism, aggressive behavior, and minor collisions involving autonomous vehicles. Job Locations: Atlanta, GA Austin, TX Houston, TX Miami, FL Los Angeles, CA San Francisco, CA Key Responsibilities: Lead development, refinement, and execution of vehicle recovery programs, including policy, safety reviews, training, and operational support. Build and maintain relationships with local law enforcement, fire departments, EMS, and other emergency response organizations. Provide training and briefings to first responders on vehicle capabilities, safety considerations, and emergency protocols. Support traffic incidents and field investigations with documentation and coordination across public safety, security, legal, and safety teams. Prepare investigative materials and handle information requests for law enforcement and internal stakeholders. Collect field feedback to improve vehicle operations and emergency procedures. Review policies for compliance with laws and alignment with traffic safety best practices. Represent the organization in meetings with public safety partners and at industry or community events. Accommodate occasional regional travel to support new market setups. Required Qualifications: 15+ years sworn law enforcement experience with strong focus on traffic enforcement and collision investigation, including serious injury or fatal incidents. Proven involvement in traffic incidents, post-incident reviews, or advisory roles for serious crashes. Incident Command System (ICS/NIMS) certification or equivalent advanced training, plus practical response experience. Bachelor's degree in Public Safety, Transportation, Emergency Management, or specialized certification in traffic safety/investigations. Established professional network in law enforcement or public safety, validated by FBI Academy graduation, 1,000+ LinkedIn connections, or national specialized teams. Exceptional communication, training, and relationship-building skills with public safety partners. Experience in technical investigations, agency coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong knowledge of traffic safety, emergency protocols, and investigative practices. Ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Preferred Qualifications: Command-level or senior supervisory experience (e.g., Captain, Lieutenant; Sergeant considered if all requirements met). Prior assignment to traffic or motor unit. Advanced accident reconstruction training or expert court testimony experience. Law enforcement career within the applied city limits. Required Skills: Local traffic collision investigation for serious injury/fatal incidents. Traffic enforcement and safety principles. Incident command and emergency response coordination (ICS/NIMS). Vehicle recovery program development/execution. Public safety agency coordination. First responder training/briefings. Field investigation monitoring/documentation. Investigative reporting/evidence packaging. Cross-functional collaboration. Policy/procedure review for compliance. Independent decision-making. Clear written/verbal communication.
