We're seeking an experienced District Manager to lead multiple European Wax Center locations in the Austin market and drive operational excellence, team development, and revenue growth. As a District Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a team of Center Managers while ensuring each location delivers an exceptional guest experience and strong financial performance. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone passionate about sales, team building, and brand excellence. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary $65,000-$72,400 based on experience, including up to $20k bonus potential!
